👶 Childminding Available During the AGA!

Attending the August 5 AGA? MLIB Daycare will be providing childminding services for children ages 0–10 from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM, so parents and guardians can participate with peace of mind.

To help your child stay comfortable, please remember to bring:
🧸 A pillow and blanket
🍼 Diapers, wipes, and a change of clothes (if needed)
📞 Up-to-date emergency contact information

🍎 Healthy snacks will be provided.

Join us as we honor and celebrate the lives of those, we hold close. Together, we'll walk in memory, healing, and hope.

We encourage members to check with their families about their arrangements and confirm their stay with them.

Camping is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Nearby public campgrounds and lakes include Carp Lake, War Falls, Tudyah Lake, Bear Lake, Williston Lake, and more. Private campgrounds are also available. Sober Camping Available.

Every year in BC, thousands of families experience an investigation by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) or a delegated Indigenous Child and family service agency.

Regardless of their outcome, investigations can be shocking, traumatizing, and invasive.

Yet, parents and caregivers have rights that they can exercise to safeguard themselves and their children from unfair and unjust investigation processes.
