There's still time to vote!

Online voting is now open for the MNBC by-election.

🧑‍💻Eligible voters may now cast their ballots through the OneFeather online voting platform at https://members.onefeather.ca/login

OneFeather is the independent third-party election service provider engaged by MNBC to administer the by-election in accordance with our Electoral Act.

Please ensure you follow official instructions and complete your vote prior to August 22, 2026, at 8:00 pm PT.

❗️If you are returning a mail-in ballot instead, we strongly recommend you post it immediately. It must be received by OneFeather before 8:00 pm PT on August 22, 2026, or it will not be counted.

Citizens are able to hand-deliver their mail-in ballot to the Chief Electoral Officer at OneFeather: 209-852 Fort Street, Victoria, B.C until 4:00 pm on Friday, August 21, 2026.

Or Citizens may hand-deliver their mail-in ballot on by-election day, Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm PT at the count location, Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Delta, 6005 BC-17A, Delta, B.C. V4K 5B8.

Hoping some of our community members are able to make it out to Kamloops to learn more about different supports and services!

🌿 You’re Invited: Community Miyoyawin (Wellness) Connections in Kamloops 🌿

♾️ Métis Community members of all ages are invited to join us in Kamloops, B.C., on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, for a Community Miyoyâwin (Wellness) Connections Event hosted by MNBC’s Ministry of Health and Wellness.

💙 This welcoming and intergenerational event will bring families, youth, adults, Elders and Veterans together to celebrate Métis culture, connect with community and learn about health and wellness programs available throughout the Interior region.

☀️ Drop in anytime to enjoy refreshments, local vendors, entertainment, beading, medicine bag making, Elders spaces and more.

The MNBC Ministry of Skills Training, Employment & Post Secondary (STEPS) is now accepting funding applications for training scheduled on or after April 1, 2026.

With newly updated Standards of Practice, STEPS has expanded information on available programs, services, and supports that are available to Métis trainees, jobseekers, and students.

Great opportunity for our families!

Spring break is almost here, and support is available from MNBC!

The Métis Spring Break Supplement is a benefit to help Métis families with children ages 5 to 12 with the costs of their child care needs during the spring break.

Approved programs must be over 3 hours per day and can be recreational programs with social opportunities for children to enjoy interactions and activities in fun, supervised, learning environments.

✅ Maximum of $500.00 per child per winter and spring break combined.
