Our monthly Senior Coffee & Craft is September 10th at 11am. This is a free craft and social hour hosted at the library.

We love to get out into the community and visit our friends. Fridays the library heads out on location for an hour for Storytime and crafts. We will open on the dates below at 11am instead of 10:30am (except Macoun days we open at 11:15am)

Chair exercise continues into the fall. There is always room for more participants. Join this fabulous group for an hour of free exercise classes twice a week.

We celebrated our summer reading club windup this afternoon! These kids were such a great addition to our summer at the library. They all read so much and participated in many of our summer long programs!
Congratulations kiddos on a fabulous summer of reading!!

The end September, is the deadline to submit your community calendar names and pre-order.

Today we remember Dolly Parton, not just for her music, but for the millions of books she put into children's hands.

Since 1995, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library has mailed free, age-appropriate books to children from birth to age five, reaching over 3 million kids a month across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. She believed every child deserves the chance to dream, read, and imagine a bigger future for themselves, and she built a program to make that real.

Her legacy lives on in every child who opens a book because of her. Thank you, Dolly, for believing in the power of reading.
