Today is the last day to complete the Recreation and Event Survey! It only takes 3-5 minutes and will help shape future recreation programs and community events!

For participating, your name will be entered into a prize draw.

Help shape the future of recreation and events in Middleton! 🏃‍♀️🎉🌳

We want to hear what you enjoy, what you’d like to see more of, and how we can make our recreation programs and community events even better.

The survey takes just 3–5 minutes to complete, and participants can enter their name for a prize draw!

💡 Have an idea for an event? After submitting the survey, you’ll also have the option to complete a mock Event Plan. This is completely optional, but it’s a great way to tell us more about the types of events you’d like to see in Middleton. A link to the Event Plan will appear in the thank-you message after you submit the survey.

📅 Survey closes October 16.
