Pulled a few photos from Manitoba Harvest feed as they were the inspiration for Sunday morning meal & weekend snacks. Was great to sample a selection of these Manitoba made products. When put together with warmed Basswood Berries, it made for a delicious home grown way to start the day! ☀️🌲

Retreat weekend saw our rustic cabin tansformed into a cozy candle lit library this year. 🌲☀️ Participants had the opportunity to browse a range of insightful literature - a few of which were on loan from the Minnedosa Regional Library. Worth noting, is that the purchasing of these books was made possible by a memorial fund in honour of someone near & dear to us. 🤎

This photo memory from ELEVEN years ago appeared on my feed this morning!! Served as a reminder that we have a few more shout outs to make heading into Thanksgiving weekend…stay tuned for those. 🌲☀️
Also served as a reminder that when we are intentional & mindful of our true authentic self (much of which surfaces during a retreat experience), life will follow and align accordingly in fascinating ways.
The idea of being in a position of facilitating a retreat on this location was but a mere passing thought 11 years ago. Today the idea of women soulfully gathering off grid for a weekend every autumn, has simply become who we are. 🍂🤎 Namaste

A Soulful Experience in Food, Art, Music & Mindfulness

Valley Paradise was born from a desire to create a space where women could take a break from life’s demands and gift themselves with time for self-care. Events are planned with self-reflection, personal growth, sisterhood, mental health and emotional well-being in mind.

Valley Paradise Retreat offers weekend, 1 day or evening experiences. Our most popular event, an ‘off the grid’ weekend retreat is held each Fall. True to form, this event is hosted in a remote location surrounded by Nature.

At various times throughout the remainder of the year, day workshops, evenings, or weekend retreats are hosted in beautiful locations appropriately matched to the theme of each event.

We pride ourselves on providing attendees with unique experiences while remaining true to our value of collaboration with other local entrepreneurs & businesses to provide for our events.
