Today, we want to send a very special thank you to the Grade Primary class at JBC Elementary School for presenting this to us💚

Through their Cougars Helping Cougars initiative, selling frozen treats, the entire school raised an incredible $1,000 for Laila & Stumpy! 🐾

This generous donation will go directly to our Cougar Fund and help us repair the original cougar enclosure on the wildlife trail.

We are so grateful for the support, kindness, and hard work of these young fundraisers. Thank you for helping make a difference for the animals in our care! 💚

In 2026, we proudly celebrate 30 years as an independent non-profit organization, and we can't think of a better way to mark this milestone than by celebrating with the community that has supported us every step of the way🐾💚

Join us on Saturday, August 15, 2026 for our 30th Anniversary Celebration, featuring a full day of activities, special presentations, live entertainment and family fun!

🎶 HIGH SOCIETY & THE PRIVATEERS — 2:00 PM–5:00 PM
🎶 Full Circle — 8:00 PM–11:00 PM

🎂 Anniversary Presentation — 12:00PM

🚗 Special Anniversary Admission
To celebrate 30 years, admission for the entire day is just $30 per car (maximum 6 people per vehicle)!

This is just the beginning... Over the next few weeks, we'll be announcing more activities, special guests, BBQ specials, vendors, and surprises as we count down to this exciting celebration!

A Special New Arrival! 🦌

We’re excited to share some heartwarming news from the Wildlife Trail — Willow has welcomed a beautiful baby fawn💚

Over the past few days, we’ve been lucky enough to catch a glimpse of this little one hunkered down safely in the deer barn. Like all young fawns, they spend much of their time resting quietly and staying hidden while they grow stronger.

We’ll be keeping a close eye on Willow and her baby as the little one grows and explores their new world. In the coming weeks, visitors may start to spot the fawn out on the Wildlife Trail as they become more adventurous and begin following Mom around!

What a weekend! 🎡🎉

The weather may have had a few surprises in store for us, but that didn’t stop the fun. We had an amazing time celebrating Carnival Weekend with our campers, visitors, volunteers and staff.

Thank you to everyone who came out, played games, enjoyed the activities, and helped make the weekend such a success. Your support means so much to us, and we loved seeing so many smiling faces throughout the event.l!

We can’t wait to do it all again next year🎪💚
