Over the last two days, we’ve been collaborating hard with Kara-Kata Afrobeat Society of Canada and Madstone Films - AKA Jason Pope to create a series of videos for the new Canadian Black Farmers Association web portal and digital resources.

This project, inspired and lead by Toyin K. Ajayi, will provide information and support to black Canadians, newcomers, and people seeking a pathway to citizenship through a career or entrepreneurship in Canadian agriculture.

We’re proud to also be collaborating with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada who provided funding for this initiative.

Food Skills BC For Newcomers helps people new to Canada get the training, experience, and confidence they need to secure entry level work in British Columbia’s thriving Food and Beverage Industry.

- Build confidence working in an English-speaking environment
