L’École de foresterie, qui fait partie de l’Université de Moncton (campus d’Edmundston), a contacté Échec au crime afin de de tenter d’arrêter le vandalisme en cours sur ses terres forestières gérées. Une série de panneaux ont été installés dans cette zone pour aider à réduire les activités criminelles.

Cette collaboration avec Échec au crime vise à sensibiliser le public et à encourager le signalement de toute activité suspecte, tout en renforçant la sécurité du campus.

L’École de foresterie gère une forêt expérimentale de 830 hectares située à 40 kilomètres d’Edmundston, utilisée pour des travaux pratiques en classe, la recherche, ainsi que des activités récréatives et éducatives.

Échec au crime est heureux de collaborer avec des établissements postsecondaires comme l’Université de Moncton afin d’aider à maintenir nos communautés en sécurité et à l’abri de la criminalité.

The École de Foresterie, a part of Université de Moncton (Edmundston Campus), approached Crime Stoppers in attempts to deter ongoing vandalism to their managed forestry lands. A series of signs have been placed throughout this area to help curb criminal activity.

This collaboration with Crime Stoppers hopes to raise public awareness and encourage reporting of suspicious activity, while enhancing security within their campus.

École de Foresterie manages an 830-hectare experimental forest located 40 kilometres from Edmundston, used for classroom practical work, research, and recreational and educational activities.

Crime Stoppers is pleased to collaborate with post-secondary institutions, like Université de Moncton, in helping keep our communities safe and free of crime.

Des membres du chapitre Restigouche d’Échec au crime ont participé à la Journée de la sécurité publique qui s’est tenue vendredi dernier à Campbellton. L'événement, organisé par la Commission des services régionaux de Restigouche, a eu lieu le 29 mai 2026 au Centre civique régional Memorial de Campbellton.

Cette activité a été une belle occasion d’échanger avec les citoyens et de rappeler l’importance du programme Échec au crime dans nos communautés.

Members of the Restigouche Crime Stoppers chapter participated in Public Safety Day held last Friday in Campbellton. The event was hosted by the Restigouche Regional Service Commission on May 29, 2026, at the Campbellton Regional Memorial Civic Centre.

This event provided a great opportunity to connect with community members and highlight the important role Crime Stoppers plays in keeping our communities safe.

Members from the Saint John & Grand Bay-Westfield Chapter, with assistance from the Kennebecasis Chapter, attended the annual Saint John Touch a Truck event fundraiser in support of First Steps Housing Project Inc. - a home that provides support, care, and resources for mothers and babies.

The event was a huge success, drawing one of the largest crowds in their 5-year history. Hundreds of smiling faces surrounded the vehicles in the parking lot at Exhibition Park on McAllister Drive in Saint John.

Our Crime Stoppers Van was at another fundraiser in Moncton, so Mr. Tips the Raccoon brought his go-kart instead. He even reconvened with some of his forest friends.

Crime Stoppers thanks the organizers for having us as part of this wonderful event, and we look forward to joining again next year!

Summer is definitely on its way, and nothing feels more like summer than the smell from a BBQ! 🌭 Members of the Southeast NB Chapter held a fundraiser hot dog sale outside the Sobeys store in Shediac on May 16. Thanks to all who dropped by, donated, and enjoyed a lunch with us.
