PUBLIC TENDER – TAX TITLE PROPERTIES

The Village of Montmartre invites sealed tenders for the purchase of three tax title properties pursuant to The Tax Enforcement Act.

Properties available:
• 548 Dusyk Avenue
• 123 First Avenue West
• 136 Tower Way

Interested purchasers are encouraged to review the Tender Information Package and Tender Form before submitting a tender.

Tender Deadline: 5:00 p.m., Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Sealed tenders will be opened at the Regular Council Meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
