A big thank you to Dorit Hood for visiting Edinburgh School last week to mark Mental Health Awareness Month. Dorit worked with both Grade 5 and 6 students, teaching them some very handy practices and critical positive self-talk to ease their anxiety and stress as we head into the last month of school. We’re also incredibly grateful that Dorit led a wonderful session for staff during lunch!
