Today is the 30th annual National Indigenous Peoples Day! It takes place on the Summer Solstice (longest day of the year) which holds special significance to many Indigenous Peoples, marking a time of renewal, connection, and celebration.
We encourage you to use this day to connect and learn about Indigenous culture in a new way! Take a look at our First Nations Reads collection and consider placing a hold on a book to read this month. PallsierLibrary.ca/sm/browse/FirstNationReads
