The time capsule that was dug up in 2025 will be buried again by the Village. Some residents may have taken items from the capsule, and we kindly ask that those items be returned to the Village Office. If anyone would like to add pictures or other items before it is reburied, please bring them to the Village Office by May 1, 2027.

Thank You for Another Great Canada Day!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Canada Day with us! Despite the less-than-ideal weather, we had another fantastic day filled with community spirit.
This year we were thrilled to see even more families join us for the children's activities and games, with a great turnout. It was wonderful to see families making use of every corner of Millennium Park, and even the adults couldn't resist getting in on the fun with our new lawn games!
Our Boat Parade may have been small in numbers, but it was once again mighty in spirit. Thank you to everyone who decorated their boats and participated—you help make this tradition special each year.
A very special thank you goes to Kurt Hudson and Terry Palaschak for once again organizing and looking after the spectacular fireworks display. It was the perfect way to wrap up another memorable Canada Day celebration.
Thank you to all of our volunteers and everyone who attended. Please stay tuned for our upcoming Recreation Committee events throughout the year!
