Our Motto, "Where Learning Begins" reflects our belief that Morinville Tiny Tots is the first step in your child's process of lifelong learning. Morinville Tiny Tots was established in 1974 and is a nonprofit, parent run Preschool, offering classes for 3 year olds and 4 year olds. A and Education Assistant Miss Jackie are responsible for planning, developing and directing the preschool program. Th

e program revolves around selected themes as well as the alphabet (letter names and sounds), numbers, shapes and colours. Our programs are designed to promote growth in speech and language, gross and fine motor skills, pre-literacy and social development. The Tiny Tots program offers a secure environment for your eager learner as they grow in confidence and independence. The 3 year old AM program and 3 year old PM program on Tuesdays and Thursdays have a maximum of 12 children per class. The 4 year old AM and 4 year old PM programs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, have a maximum of 15 children per class. Our Vision

We're Hiring! Join a preschool where relationships come first!

Position: Part-Time Preschool Teacher (Lead Teacher)

Start Date: August 29, 2026 (or as agreed)

Hours: Approximately 12.5 instructional hours per week, plus paid planning time, and wage top up.

Compensation: Competitive wages based on education and experience.

Qualifications

- Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 or Level 3 Certification (Level 3 preferred).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Current Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A warm, patient, flexible, and positive approach to working with young children.
- Previous preschool or early learning experience is considered an asset.
