We're hiring a Gas Station Supervisor!

The Gas Station Supervisor supports the efficient and professional operation of the Centex Gas Station by supervising employees, assisting customers, monitoring cash and cheque-cashing transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store and surrounding areas remain clean and presentable. The position also assists the Operations Manager with employee scheduling, training, daily reporting, and other operational and administrative responsibilities.

Yesterday, we celebrated the last day of our Summer Student Employment Program in Eden Valley with a BBQ and recognition event! 🎉

Congratulations to all of our summer student employees on successfully completing their summer employment with Bearspaw First Nation. We hope you gained valuable work experience, developed new skills, built new connections, and made great memories along the way. We are very proud of your hard work and accomplishments!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped organize, prepare, cook, and make the event a success. Your time, effort, and support helped make this celebration special for our summer students.

A special thank you to Councillors Pierre Lefthand and Harry Daniels for attending the event and for sharing encouraging and motivational words with our students. Your support and encouragement for our youth are greatly appreciated.

We're hiring an Executive Assistant!

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to Chief & Council and Senior Management at Bearspaw First Nation. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules, meetings, correspondence, documentation, records, and other administrative activities required to support the efficient operation of the organization. The Executive Assistant serves as a professional point of contact between Chief & Council, Senior Management, employees, departments, external organizations, and other stakeholders. The position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, organization, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
