Today, we had the honour of turning something deeply heartbreaking into a lasting gift for our community.

Following his passing, Jaden’s family organized a beautiful live music event, with proceeds supporting the Mount Brydges Melbourne Firefighter Association.

In memory of Jaden Brier, a young boy whose love for music touched so many, instruments have been donated to Sonshine Daycare and Belvoir Nursery School—creating an opportunity for music, joy and creativity to live on in his name.

We are incredibly grateful to Jaden’s family for their generosity and for allowing his love of music to continue inspiring others.

🐣🌷 Accessible Easter in Mount Brydges 🌷🐣

This past Sunday, our firefighters were proud to attend Accessible Easter in Mount Brydges, hosted by the Mount Brydges Lions Club. It was a fantastic event designed to ensure everyone could take part in the Easter fun.

Accessible Easter events provide inclusive, wheelchair‑friendly and sensory‑safe activities for all. The thoughtful planning behind this event made it possible for children of all abilities — and their families — to enjoy the experience together.

We loved being part of such a welcoming and inclusive day and connecting with families in the community. Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and everyone who stopped by to say hello. Events like this truly show the power of coming together to support one another. 💛🚒
