Our life skills program is designed for clients to promote confidence, healthy attachment with their children, and the development of practical coping skills. Each workshop blends hands-on learning with relationship-building, creativity, and self-expression.

Exercise & Coping Skills Workshop
Physical activity sessions help develop healthy coping strategies, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Participants explore different forms of movement that can be continued at home.

The Ramoth Support Team is inviting dedicated volunteers to make a meaningful impact by contributing 6 hours, weekly or bi-weekly.

In this role, you’ll help encourage and support mothers and their young children as they navigate important, life-changing decisions and growing their parenting journey. If you’re able to commit your time and compassion, you can truly help change a life.

Available shifts:
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM or 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Sunday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Each One, Each One Financial Literacy Workshops
Two to three times a year, clients can participate in specialized financial literacy workshops offered as an extension of our existing money management classes. These sessions are facilitated in partnership with community members from the local credit union, providing:
- Expanded knowledge on saving, budgeting, and debt management
- Practical tools to plan for future expenses
- Opportunities to build connections with trusted financial professionals in the community.
