A Wonderful Get-away

''Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The Inn is lovely, well-maintained, clean and most inviting. The grounds are equally beautiful.

The overall hospitality was very much appreciated. I should also add that the restaurant offers a pleasant setting and the dishes that we ordered for dinner were delicious as was the excellent breakfast that came with the room. It had something for everybody and couldn't have been better.

The amenities in the room, bathroom, shower, etc. were fine and the bed was comfortable. The room came with a balcony which offered relaxing moments.

What a wonderful getaway the Edelweiss Inn was''.

Make Thanksgiving a little getaway at Edelweiss.

This Thanksgiving, Chef Joerg is adding a couple of traditional favourites to the Edelweiss menu.

Turkey Dinner — $34
Roasted turkey served with potato, stuffing, seasonal vegetables, and cranberry sauce.

Ham Dinner — $32
Ham served with potato, stuffing, seasonal vegetables, and cranberry sauce.

And to finish, our featured dessert will be Apple Strudel.

Dinner is served from 4:00–8:00 pm.

Our regular menu will also be available, so you can enjoy one of our Thanksgiving features or choose from your Edelweiss favourites.

Why not make an evening—or a whole weekend—of it? Enjoy a walk through the autumn woods, settle in for Thanksgiving dinner, and stay the night at the Inn.

Suite 7 quietly joined the Edelweiss collection, and we suddenly realized… we never properly introduced this delightful space!

It’s been welcoming guests for a while now, but somehow this newer suite never got the attention it deserved.

Edelweiss Farmhouse B&B is receiving its final touches

Introducing the Edelweiss Farmhouse

Tucked into the field just behind Edelweiss Inn, our new farmhouse offers something a little different: space, privacy, flexibility, and beautiful views of the Bay of Fundy.

With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and thoughtfully designed living areas, the farmhouse can be enjoyed as a complete private home or configured to suit different types of stays for $1,250 per night.

When you rent the entire farmhouse, all five bedrooms and four bathrooms are exclusively yours to enjoy with your group—giving you the privacy and freedom to make the farmhouse your home away from home.

The 1,500-square-foot main floor features two bedrooms and is fully wheelchair accessible, with a spacious living room with wood stove, dining room, full kitchen, and laundry room. It’s designed for comfortable, easy living—whether you’re gathering with family or settling in for a longer stay.

The 1,500-square-foot second level adds three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. A Jack-and-Jill configuration offers two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, while a separate luxury suite provides its own private bathroom and additional privacy.

With 3,000 square feet in total and both indoor and outdoor stair access, the farmhouse offers flexibility for families, groups and retreats.
