Learning how to create space for pleasant moments and meaningful activities can help support our mental health and build a life that feels more fulfilling.

This week’s session is focused on creating more joy and pleasant experiences. Together, we’ll explore:

✔️ The importance of making space for enjoyable and meaningful moments in our daily lives.

✔️ Strategies to increase pleasant emotions and build more opportunities for joy.

✔️ Practical tools to support mental wellness and create a life that feels more rewarding.

Applicants will be notified if they have been successful in receiving a grant starting August 17th, 2026. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified.
