Last night, we came together for our Let’s Ketchup & Relish Community BBQ, and what a fantastic turnout it was! We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out, shared a meal, and spent time connecting with friends, neighbours, and fellow community members!

Last day of ☀️ Sunshine Explorers ☀️ summer camp!
We had a fantastic time at Meadowland Berries picking strawberries and haskaps this morning, thank you Norma for hosting us, the berry’s are delicious 😋!
In the afternoon we went to Lucky Strike Bowling, and finished off with some 🍦!
We would like send out a Big Thank You, to our youth volunteer Alma Campbell for assisting us!

September 10th is World Su***de Prevention Day!

Join us for a special evening at Riverfront Park from 5-8pm. Check out local businesses and organizations that offer life promoting services, mental health resources and local supports. Show your support by attending, stay for the speakers & entertainment, enjoy pizza donated by Dominos and see how our community can come together to support one another.

2nd day of ☀️ Sunshine Explorers ☀️ summer camp.
We did lunch and park play in Valleyview, then headed over to Greenview Regional Multiplex for swimming! We were so thirsty afterwards we needed to replenish.

What an incredible evening of creativity, mindfulness, and connection! We had such a wonderful time learning the fine art of mandala work and exploring the different techniques that make each piece so unique. A huge thank you to Candel Landaker for sharing her time, knowledge, and creativity with us!

1st day of ☀️ Sunshine Explorers ☀️ summer camp. We started off the morning at the Nampa Museum where they hosted Wild West Prosector Day for us, where we learned about gold mining ⛏️ and then headed to Murphy Flats for a light picnic, water/mud play and had to get slushies to finish off the day!
