I have been thinking about Nature Walks, and how teachers can integrate learning in so many directions while having fun and enjoying the autumn sunshine.
Would you be interested in having me put together a booklet with ideas for this, and links that would help you find out things that you might need to know?

For years I put together magazines of ideas for primary teachers. Many teachers donated ideas on all subjects, and I added poetry and some of my own thoughts, They were fun to do and fun to read, and many have sat idly on my computer for many years. I now have put a new page on www.primarysuccesspublications.com titled 'Magazines' and I have put up magazines for September/October. These have oodles of ideas for Autumn, Thanksgiving and Halloween and on most teaching subjects. Also on that page is a booklet of Autumn art, with photos sent in by teachers of their class art projects. This is a great collection!

It is seriously raining and I have my fireplace on for the first time in months - Autumn is here.....

The K to 3 Math Success books are popular! Ever since the books were first published they have been popular with teachers and now with several revisions to add new ideas they continue to be used in many schools. You can see samples under the book covers on the grade pages or the Math page..

The "Big Collection of Poems to Read and Remember" book is great and I am sharing some sections! Go to the Freebies 2 page and then to the bottom of the Back-to-school list and you will see free pages from the book under Poems for September and the Autumn.
