PELASS is excited to introduce a new centralized child care waitlist for families in the Prince Edward and Lennox & Addington regions!
This system is designed to streamline the application process, allowing parents and guardians to apply to multiple child care centres with just one application.

As we transition to this new waitlist, families currently on an existing centre’s waitlist must complete the online form by December 15, 2025 to be integrated into the new system. Rest assured, your current position on any existing waitlist will be maintained—there will be no negative impact on your access to child care.

To apply to the waitlist:
1. Visit our website and fill out the Access Survey.
2. After submission, you’ll receive an automated email with the link to complete the centralized waitlist online submission.
3. Once submitted, parents/guardians will receive another automated email confirming that they have been enrolled within the new system.

For the waitlist link and more details, please visit:

https://pelasschildrensservices.ca/for-parents-and-caregivers/centralized-waitlist/

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this new software. If you have any questions, please use our website’s contact form or email us at [email protected].
