Together, we can honour the memories of those we have lost by committing to a future rooted in empathy, understanding, and unwavering support for all.
The BC Greens are committed to advocating for harm reduction initiatives, improving access to mental health and addiction services, and fighting the stigma that surrounds substance use.
We believe in a compassionate approach that prioritizes the health and well-being of all individuals. Let us use this day to reflect on the importance of comprehensive support systems and policies that provide care and dignity to those affected by addiction. We must work together to create a society where people feel safe seeking help without fear of judgment.

Wow, so close! 10 votes was the difference in the end. I feel so grateful for all the support, encouragement and love I have received over the weeks of my campaign. It was a community effort.

In the end I didn’t make it, but it is great to see that voice for the progressive action was the majority of the vote. The conversation doesn’t stop here. We will continue to fight for what is right.

I thank everyone who helped in all ways big and small along the way. Your voice matters.

I’d like to send out a huge thank you to all the people that have helped me along the campaign road. It has been a very emotional experience to see such love and giving.

I would also like to thank all the volunteers and organizers who helped get our message across to the public at various forums and events.

Now it is time to vote. I encourage everyone to get out and vote tomorrow. Ask your friends and family to vote. Tell people you’re voting and take pride in this essential process of democracy. Be involved in your community and let’s help make the next four years the best ever.
