Before the fire boots, before the sirens, and before the calls for help—there was a mother.

To the moms who raised our firefighters: You didn't just raise a child; you raised a protector. You taught them to be brave, to care for their neighbors, and to run toward danger when everyone else runs away. We know you still worry every time the tones drop, and we are grateful for the strength you instilled in them.

And to the moms within the Fire Service: You balance the toughest job on earth with the most important job at home. You are the ultimate heroes.

Happy Mother’s Day to the women who keep our fire family strong!

50 golden eggs and 50 full chocolate bunnies!

These golden eggs will be hidden well so the kids will have to look hard. Bring the golden egg to the pop up tent to get your chocolate bunny.

The hunt begins in 1 hour!

The bunnies are hard at work hiding thousands of eggs, make sure the kids bring their buckets/bags!

Tomorrow is the Easter Egg Hunt at ecole des Sentiers-alpins (April 4th at 2:00pm).

One condition the Easter Bunny had for this event was that all children in attendance be supervised/accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Regarding parking, there will be some parking in the upper lot off Hwy 3A. Lower 6-mile will be the secondary location once full. We ask you leave sufficient room on the road and driveway to the school to allow fire department vehicles to make a quick exit should we get a call during the event.

Our starting area will be by the gate near the playground at the lower 6-mile side of the school. Please meet there for more details and specific instructions prior to commencing the hunt.
See you all tomorrow!

Only 2 more days!

Join us at École des Sentiers-Alpins this Saturday for our 3rd annual Community Easter Egg Hunt.

This year we will have face painting available and a designated area for kids age 5 and under. The egg hunt starts at 2PM but make sure you come a little early because the eggs don't last long once the kids are released.

Also, make sure you stick around after the hunt because we have a surprise for everyone that will be happening at 2:40!
