Our Adult Swim Lessons offer a welcoming, supportive environment where you can learn new skills, build confidence, and become more comfortable in the water, all at your own pace.

Level 1 - Tuesdays @ 6:20PM-6:50PM & Wednesdays @ 9AM-9:30AM
Level 2 - Tuesdays @ 6:55PM-7:25PM

🌊 Teen Swimming Lessons Start September 15th! 🌊

Did your teen miss out on swim lessons when they were younger? COVID-19 interruptions meant many had to put learning on hold, and that’s okay!

Our Teen Swim Lessons are here to help teens (ages 11-17) build skills, confidence, and comfort in the water, all in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

🏊‍♂️ Level 1: Tuesdays, 6:30–7:00 pm (New Glasgow)
Perfect for teens new to swimming or still building confidence.

🏊‍♂️ Level 2: Tuesdays, 4:00–4:30 pm (New Glasgow)
For teens with some experience, ready to develop their strokes.

👥 Taught by experienced adult instructors
