Hard to believe !! He was one of the most generous heart driven people I've ever met.

May 21, 2022, marks the 20th Anniversary of Jay Cochrane’s first performance in the “DECADE OF SKYWALKS” that went higher above Niagara Falls than anyone has ever attempted, bringing highwire walking back to Niagara for the first time since July 4, 1896. Jay's final skywalk in Niagara Falls took place September 23, 2012, just a year before his passing on October 30, 2013.

This is one of my favorite pictures of Jay in one of his favorite places. From one corner of the Casino Niagara Tower, I could place Jay against the roaring water of the famous cataract. The Canadian Falls were spectacular in the background as Jay traversed the 220-feet between the structures, 400-feet above the ground. He was high above the brink of the Falls, and the only human to ever stand in that spot in the sky for a portrait against Canada's greatest natural wonder.

Drawing will be held on May 21, 2022, at 2pm (the time he completed the skywalk), so be sure to visit and celebrate the 20th Anniversary of SKYWALK AT NIAGARA.
