New bathroom subfloor complete! Both kitchen and bathroom floors are solid and completely level...an absolute necessity for the new bathtub. Now on to electrical, framing, insulation and drywall.

Both kitchen and bathroom floors sloped downward from the middle from 1 1/2" on the outside to 1/2" on the inside walls....

Both kitchen and bathroom floors sloped downward from the middle from 1 1/2" on the outside to 1/2" on the inside walls. These floors needed to be leveled. A bathtub requies a level floor in order to properly drain. This is the leveling process done to facilitate a new 5/8" plywood subfloor.

Progress has been slow on unit 3 due to outside commitments and holidays though I have been taking pictures.

Exterior lighting now functioning properly...motion activated from dusk until dawn.
