Come join us at our Bi-annual ON-TRACK Community Health Fair today between 1pm - 6 pm!
On Track is a registered event that connects families with community partners and their services. It is hosted by the Inclusion Support Program located in the EarlyON & Family Center, 171 Chippewa St. W.
This is a free event for families and children ages 0-6.
This event will have refreshments and a raffle for a fantastic gift basket.
Please register using the QR code or the link.
Those who register will receive goodie bags to take home; however, walk-ins are more than welcome on the day of.
