🧡 You are invited to join us on September 30, 2026, for the Every Child Matters Walk and Exhibition at the North Bay Waterfront! 🧡

Join us starting at 10 AM at Lee Park for a walk of solidarity to the waterfront followed by drumming, speeches, a feast, and a music and dance exhibition. Everyone is welcome to attend in support and recognition of those impacted by Indian Residential Schools.

Mark your calendar! The 4th annual Welcome to North Bay event is coming on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Boart Longyear Memorial Gardens.

This free event will include information booths, face painting, balloon entertainment, children’s activities, community giveaways, local mascots, live on-location radio, and more.

A limited number of vendor spaces are still available for local organizations, service providers, community groups, and partners who would like to take part.

The University of Guelph's HEAR Initiative is conducting one of the largest ever surveys of rural households in the province, asking about health, housing, jobs, and how communities are adapting to environmental changes. The goal is to build a detailed, publicly available dataset that gives rural communities a real seat at the table when it comes to policy and funding decisions.

L’initiative HEAR de l’Université de Guelph mène l’un des plus vastes sondages jamais réalisés auprès des ménages ruraux de la province.
