Light It Up Purple Today!

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), and today we invite our community, employers, partners, and supporters to join the Light It Up! for NDEAM™ campaign.

Together, let's celebrate the talents, skills, and contributions of individuals with disabilities while promoting workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Show your support today. Light it up purple, share your photos, and help spread the message of inclusion and employment for all.

A great time was had by all our friends during our tour of the North Bay Fire Service's Station 3. Our friends were given a tour of the station, equipment and vehicles used to battle fires and keep our community safe. A huge thank you goes out to all the Firefighters and staff who took the time to educate and inform the group. Visit out website www.communitylivingnorthbay.org and register through our Calendar of Events to join in on the fun.

Our friends were ready for a peaceful and memorable afternoon at Sunnydale Stables for our Horse Therapy event! Everyone had a wonderful time grooming, petting, and walking the gentle horses. There were plenty of smiles as we connected with the animals, spent time outdoors, and experienced the joy that only horses can bring.
