What a fantastic evening at Chat4Chad’s 4th Annual Gala Dinner and Fundraiser!

Hands was proud to support this meaningful event with an amazing team of volunteers. Thank you to Chat4Chad for bringing the community together in support of youth mental health and for including Hands as a recipient of a portion of the proceeds raised.

We’re grateful to have been part of such an inspiring night.

🌿 Mental Health Check-In 🌿

How are you feeling today… really?

Life gets busy, stressful, and overwhelming sometimes. Taking even a few moments to pause and ground yourself can help bring you back to the present moment.

Try this simple grounding exercise today:
• Name 5 things you can see
• 4 things you can feel
• 3 things you can hear
• 2 things you can smell
• 1 thing you can taste

Grounding techniques can help reduce anxiety, calm racing thoughts, and reconnect us to the here and now.

And while you’re checking in with yourself, consider checking in with someone else too. A simple “How are you doing?” can mean more than you realize. 💚
