Working with residents, businesses and groups in the community to raise funds for the Northside General and Harbourview Hospitals and to enhance healthcare on the Northside! The Northside/Harbourview Hospital Foundation was incorporated on August 13, 1992 with the province of Nova Scotia under the Societies Act as an official charitable fundraising body. The board members are chosen for their comm
itment to the community and their ability to inspire the support of others. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, to date, the Foundation has provided over $820,000 in new equipment purchases. The Foundation raises funds through many ongoing activities including: Community Events, Special Projects, In Memoriam Donations, Corporate Support, Bequests, Endowments, and Private Donations.
