We offer free trishaw rides to mobility challenged people of all ages in North & West Vancouver

What might you see on a trishaw ride through the beautiful forest trails in Lynn Valley? How about a Barred Owl? We often see Pileated Woodpeckers and Northern Flickers, perhaps even a Pacific Great Blue Heron overhead, but this fellow takes the cake!

We had a wonderful time at the Crosscut Bridge opening on Thursday 20th August! We brought four trishaws with us and we had the opportunity to give residents from Cedarview Lodge a ride across the bridge and around Loutet Park. We have been looking forward to the completion of this new overpass for a long time and we cannot wait to start bringing more passengers across the bridge in the weeks ahead! Congratulations to City of North Vancouver for the successful completion of this major project!

We attended the opening of the new Harry Jerome Community Recreation Centre last Saturday! We were represented by over a dozen pilots wearing their new high viz jackets, as well as four trishaws! Looking forward to Silver Harbour Seniors' Activity Centre opening its doors very soon!

We were at the Ground Breaking Ceremony for Eastview Park Improvements on July 2nd. CWA North Shore pilots have taken many passengers from Lynn Valley seniors' residences around the Eastview trails over the years. So we are thrilled that City of North Vancouver is building a 1.8m wide trail around the park to suit our trishaws! Better access to the park will make it much more comfortable for our passengers, and we cannot wait to see the new upgrades in place this fall!

We were invited to participate in the Pemberton Heights Canada Day Parade a couple of weeks ago! What an amazing event put on by a wonderful community! Look at the number of people in the parade behind our trishaws! We enjoyed meeting up with DNV Councillors Herman Mah - Councillor for District of North Vancouver and Catherine Pope (pictured on our trishaw!).

Pam and Francis joined us for a trishaw ride the other day! Pilot Kent takes residents at Venvi Hollyburn House for rides along Ambleside and the beautiful Centennial Seawalk (we ride at walking pace to enjoy the scenery and to meet other walkers!).
