A test of the Alertable public emergency notification system will occur at 9 AM (Pacific time) on Thursday, October 15, 2026.

In the event of an emergency, Alertable is one of the ways North Shore Emergency Management will send official emergency notifications and instructions to the public.

This test helps those who live, work and travel on the North Shore become familiar with alerts.

Beginning today, crews will be removing graffiti from the pedestrian bridge over Lynn Creek that connects Seylynn Park and Bridgman Park via the Spirit Trail.

To accommodate this work, the bridge will be temporarily closed from 7:00am - 5:00pm for approximately three to four days, weather permitting.

➡️The bridge will reopen to pedestrians and cyclists at the end of each workday.
