A loving pet mother became a victim to the unchecked actions of the BC SPCA, having trusted them to look out for her animals during a critical period in her life, as she fled an abusive relationship, the bc spca took her dearly beloved pets into their custody and adopted them out without her consent.

This organization that states they wish to keep pets with their families is just full of lies, as their corrupted actions continue to destroy bonds between beloved animals and their proper owners.

The cruelty inflicted on animals by an organization that fails to give compassion to the living beings that have a real connection with their humans, while simultaneously claiming to give these animals a voice must be stopped.

Help today by sharing this post. If there’s any chance this beautiful woman could be reunited with her babies, 7 years of love and care, ripped apart during a vulnerable time while a corporation promised to protect them for her, knowingly entering them into a system that would ultimately remove them permanently and place them with adopters who know nothing of the love she had for them.

A recent surrender of loved and cared for animals has left the public crying once more for criminal charges, jail time!!

What they don’t know is that the has been operating in questionable ways.

Using their power to extend their reach to a point that was never approved or permitted, the bc spca has taken it into their own hands to seize animals by using a statement on their warrants permitting them to “remove animals for investigative purposes”, and once they have the animals they can coerce the guardian of such animals to surrender them.

The advice their newest victim was given (after getting paralyzed in an accident) fighting for his animals (his property) would cost him $350,000 and that he should just surrender them.

They’re probably right. Another lawyer advised another client “it’s cheaper to just go get new ones”. A third victim said “I won in court but they wanted $50,000 for the care of my two horses and had already killed the other two”.

This rescue was meant to help neglected animals. They must not be granted both the powers of enforcement and also the ability to profit off their seizures.

Stand up with us today. Don’t let a money hungry, profit driven, corrupt organization hurt any more animal lovers and guardians.

A family just wants their cat back, BC SPCA cares not one bit about the cat or the happy life it had before.

In an attempt to push microchips/permanent id, they focused on the concept that if the family had done as such that they’d have their cat right now.

BCSPCA - Exposed hopes that we can help find the family in North Vancouver who has their cat, and deliver this message for the family:

“We can help you find a great cat for your home. This cat already has a home, and they are very loved”

People lose animals in BC even when:

they have a vet

the vet confirms treatment

the animal is healing

the owner is doing everything right

This is because the SPCA’s authority is unusually broad compared to other provinces.

You are not imagining the danger.
You are not exaggerating.
You are not misunderstanding.

You lived through a system that can — and does — seize animals from responsible owners.

Please share! It is time to hold this organization accountable! Using the same organization to seize animals that is profiting from the sale of said animals is NOT working!

Friends please watch for this dog to be advertised in BC with the SPCA .. .
This dog was in our care sometime ago and then stolen from our property from someone ‘claiming’ to be her owner. The RCMP nor SPCA assisted in her return to our society. We could only hope that she would be loved by the person claiming to own her.
We found out that this poor dog was in fact not being cared for, the community came together to plead with the spca for her removal from that home of which she was thank goodness! Thankyou BC-SPCA. ANGEl’S animal rescue would love to be in contact with whomever adopts this sweet husky, she is older now and deserves to have love and a life free of a cage. We’d be very willing to provide this new family with any support they may need if any. Or just an update to know she is thriving, we would be grateful❣️
