Oakville Hospital Foundation With community support, the Oakville Hospital Foundation works to ensure essential healthcare service

The new Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility built to meet the growing needs of our community. The 1.6 million square foot Hospital was designed with patients in mind offering a healing environment that will enable exemplary patient experiences. With more beds, new services, expanded departments and new technology, the new Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospi

tal will provide quality patient care to our community for many years to come. Moving forward, your support of Oakville Hospital Foundation will help fund the ever growing and changing healthcare needs of a much larger and more advanced Hospital. Through your generosity, OTMH can continue to invest in technology that diagnoses illnesses earlier, reduces recovery times, and improves the patient experience.

What is Project WomanKIND?

A powerful giving circle of women extending healthcare beyond our own families, and to the entire community we love.

Here are 3 reasons to join:

1. Learn & Connect - Hear directly from healthcare experts and spend time with women who share your commitment to community health.

2. Decide Together - Every member has a voice in where the funds go. Collective giving, real decisions, your input at the table.

3. See Your Impact - In 2025-26, Project WomanKIND raised funds to purchase new AV integration and operating room monitor upgrades for OTMH, giving surgical teams better tools to care for patients right here at home.

Did you know that naming a hospital foundation in your will, or making it a beneficiary of your RSP, is one of the most tax-efficient ways to give?

In recognition of Planned Giving Month, our Associate Director of Gift & Estate Planning shares how thoughtful estate planning can minimize the tax burden on your family while ensuring world-class care remains close to home for the people you love most.

Let's build a healthier and happier future for our families, friends, and community.

If this is something you've been thinking about, or if you simply want to understand your options, we'd love to connect.

We are deeply grateful to the Oakville Lions Club Lions Club for their $10,000 donation to Oakville Hospital Foundation.

Their generous contribution has been directed in two ways: $5,000 to replace aging patient beds at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, and $5,000 to the Halton Region Diabetes Compassionate Program, which provides Continuous Glucose Monitors to patients who would otherwise go without.

The Lions Club has long shown what it means to serve a community. This donation is a meaningful expression of that commitment, and we are honoured to receive it.

There's something special about a neighbour who gives back before they've even fully settled in.

Oakville Estates is a brand-new building right on Hospital Gate - and they've already made their commitment to this community clear with a $25,000 pledge to Oakville Hospital Foundation.

We are so grateful to welcome them into our donor family. Their support will go directly toward the equipment and care that keeps our community healthy, close to home.

Thank you, Oakville Estates. We're glad you're here.

Happy Administrative Professionals Day!

Today we're celebrating two people who are absolutely essential to everything we do at the Oakville Hospital Foundation: Jolynta and Krupa.

Your thoughtfulness, dedication, and care show up in every event, every donor interaction, and every day that runs the way it should. You bring warmth and steadiness to our team in ways that truly matter, and we are so grateful you're here.

Thank you, Jolynta and Krupa. Today is yours.

This Volunteer Appreciation Week, we want to take a moment to thank each and every person who gives their time to Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.

From our 758 hospital volunteers who greet patients and families every day, to the committee members who pour their energy into our fundraising events, to the board members who guide our foundation's direction - every contribution matters, and every hour adds up.

Seventy-seven years ago, a small group of volunteers laid the foundation for something extraordinary. Today, that legacy belongs to all of you.
