Benefits for Caregivers: Our Programs provide caregivers with an opportunity for respite from their caregiving role. We provide support and information to help families cope and respond to their needs and those of their loved ones. Additional Services such as DayDream Salon and footcare are available to caregivers

Caregiver Information Sessions: Seniors Life Enhancement Centres provides caregiver

s with a monthly Caregiver Information Session, held the second Wednesday of the month from 5:30-8:00 PM. Light refreshments are served and a supervised program for clients is provided. The structure for the sessions include a educational presentation and time for caring and sharing amongst caregivers and staff members. These sessions provide valuble information and an opportunity to connect with other caregivers to share problems and solutions.
