Equilibrium-Oakville Peer support for individuals & families who are affected by a mood disorder

Equilibrium meetings are open to anyone with an interest in knowing more about depression and/or bipolar disorder. We encourage those living with a mood disorder as well as their family and/or friends to attend. Guest speakers include individuals with lived experience, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, social workers and specialists in nutrition & relaxation. Discussion groups offer a safe environment to talk to someone who’s been there. Confidentiality is highly emphasized
