On World Environment Day, we recognize that building a stronger community also means caring for our environment.

Through our food rescue program and community garden, the Okotoks Food Bank helps reduce food waste while increasing access to fresh, nutritious food for local families.

A special thank you to our food rescue partners for helping us divert food from landfills, and to our local farmers who pick up any food we are unable to use, ensuring it continues to benefit our community.

Together, we can create a future that is both environmentally sustainable and food secure. 💚🌱

A big thank you to Red Deer Lake School for accepting donations for the Okotoks Food Bank during your Spring Concert! 🎶

Thanks to the generosity of students, families, and staff, 105 lbs of non perishable food and $137.25 were collected to support local families. We are so grateful for your kindness and community spirit!

Come out Friday for the grand opening of the newly named 10FOLD Regional Field House! 🎉

10FOLD has been a longtime supporter of the Okotoks Food Bank, and as part of the event, 10% of all purchases from Real Mexican Food will be donated to the Food Bank.

Come out and enjoy the festivities, activities, and great food while supporting local families in our community. We hope to see you there!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Town of Okotoks Powwow, where we were honoured to participate in the Cram-the-Tipi event.

A big thank you to the Foothills School Division for organizing a food drive that filled a beautiful tipi with donations for the Okotoks Food Bank. Attendees could guess the weight and number of items for a chance to win a 24 foot Blackfoot style tipi, generously donated by Lethbridge Custom Canvas Ltd.

Thank you Town of Okotoks for putting on such a creative event to support local families! 🥰
