NOTICE TO RESIDENTS AND VISITORS

We have received a number of complaints regarding the use of motorized vehicles, particularly dirt bikes on our roads and streets. Complaints include speeding and reckless driving which are causing concern for our residents and visitors.
Please be reminded that the use of these bikes on our town roads are strictly prohibited by law.
If this continues to be an issue the RCMP will be contacted for further action. We ask everyone to respect our residents, visitors and community by following the law and operating vehicles responsibly.

Please Note: Outside work requiring a permit must not begin unless the permit has been issued prior to the work. Please keep in mind that some permits require council approval prior to so allow yourself enough time. Any work beginning without a permit will be fined up to $500. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
