A big thank you to everyone who participated and showed off their carving skills. We were amazed by the creativity, detail, and effort that went into all of the entries!

Choosing our winners was no easy task with so many fantastic pumpkins on display. Thank you to everyone who helped make this contest such a fun and festive part of the Thanksgiving weekend!

Fall is one of the best times to paddle 🛶🍁

The bugs are gone, the lakes are quieter, and the fall colours are hard to beat. But cooler temperatures and changing weather can make autumn paddling more challenging than it looks.

Before you head out, take the time to plan your trip, dress for cold water, and be honest about your skill level. And if conditions start to change, don't be afraid to turn around. The lake will still be there another day.
