Information Orillia has been serving Orillia and the surrounding communities for more than 50 years! Information Orillia is a registered charity. Information Orillia provides excellent placement opportunities for students from local high schools, Georgian College, and Lakehead University. Information Orillia uses an efficient and effective combination or case management and support staff, voluntee

rs and students. Information Orillia chairs The Situation Table, helping clients access critical but basic needs of everyday life. Information Orillia's 2021 income tax clinic filed more than 700 tax returns which enabled low-income individuals and families to claim more than $1.5 million in refunds and rebates. This money comes back into this community. The Tax Clinic is open every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 1 to 5pm. Information Orillia has helped many people file years of back taxes to get up to date. To access government programs and supports you must have filed your income taxes. The average income for the 2021 Tax Clinic is $17,500 and our fee was $10 to file the return. However, no one is ever turned away because they cannot afford to pay the fee. Information Orillia is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of community members. Information Orillia is looking for volunteers and Board members - apply today!

Sometimes support is needed outside of the workday, so we’re testing extended hours to make it easier to connect with us.

New Pilot Hours:
🕔 Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM–7:45 PM
🗓️ Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
