In recognition of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we spent the day learning, reflecting and connecting while preparing and sharing bannock and stew together.

A meaningful opportunity to listen, learn and honour the importance of the day.

We honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.

Today is a time to listen, learn, reflect and recognize the lasting impacts of the residential school system.

Theme Throwdown Contest! 🎉

Our programs recently took on the Theme Throwdown, a contest challenging each program to choose a theme and bring it to life through creative activities, food, decorations and more!

This year’s winning submission took us straight to the Wild West, complete with a saloon, a tea thief, a horse chase and plenty of cowboy chaos. 🤠🌵

A big thank you to everyone who participated and brought their creativity to the competition! 👏

Fair warning: we had alot fun at the Navan Fair! 🎡😄

We spent the day checking out the rides, exploring the fairgrounds and soaking up all the sights, sounds and a few great photo ops! 🎟️🎠

Safe to say, this fair day was a good one! 🎪✨

A great day at the ballpark! ⚾️🌭

We recently headed out to catch an Ottawa Titans game and enjoy an afternoon of baseball together! There was plenty to take in, great plays on the field, classic ballpark food and an awesome atmosphere in the stands. 🙌

Nothing beats a day at the ballpark with good food, good company and some great baseball! ❤️

A day of art, nature and exploration. 🌿

We spent the day exploring the , a unique space where art and nature come together to celebrate different cultures, beliefs and perspectives from around the world. 🌎

Along the trails, we discovered sculptures representing themes of human dignity, connectedness, peace and our relationship with nature.

A beautiful day to explore, learn and experience something new together! 💙

A wild day at the zoo!🦁🐘🦒

Our group recently took a trip to Zoo de Granby where we came face-to-face with incredible animals from around the world! 🌎

It was a day full of new sights, shared experiences and plenty of great memories along the way. 💚

A day spent with animals is always a day well spent. 🐐

We had an amazing day visiting a local animal sanctuary, where we met a variety of incredible animals and learned about their unique behaviours, habitats, and personalities.

It was especially neat to see them up close and learn more about the care they receive and the important work the sanctuary does. ❤️

A wild day out! 🦬

We visited Parc Omega and explored its 12-kilometre drive-through safari, where we had the chance to see Canadian wildlife up close and even feed some of the friendly deer.

With more than 20 species of North American animals calling the park home, every turn brought a new discovery.

Berry season is one of the sweetest times of the year! 🍓

We took advantage of the beautiful weather and headed to the farm to pick fresh berries. It was a great way to get outdoors, meet some animals, and make the most of berry season. ☀️
