CALLING ALL HORROR LOVERS!

Your Oromocto Professional Firefighters Haunted Fire House is set to happen on October 23rd from 6pm - 7:30pm hosted at 50 Miramichi rd.

Bring your loved ones, your friends and your family to this haunted event that is in support of the Oromocto Food Bank. Entry is by donation which would include money or non - perishable food item.

We will scare you there…we mean see you there!

25 years ago, the events of a dark day etched themselves in our minds forever. 343 Firefighters did not return home after their shift and many more lost their lives due to the effects of doing search and rescue at Ground Zero.Today and always we remember the loss and honour their sacrifice.

President Dunsmore had the privilege of attending the Oromocto High School Graduation Honours & Awards Ceremony last week, where he presented a bursary on behalf of our association. We are thrilled to share that this year's recipient is Owen Fraser. Best of luck Owen!

The members of the Oromocto Professional Firefighters would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this year's Ladder Sit a success.

Thank you to all of our volunteers, sponsors, supporters, and members of the public who stopped by, donated, shared encouragement, and helped us raise awareness for a great cause.

A special thank you to Sobeys Oromocto for allowing us to use their parking lot for the event, and to the Oromocto Fire Department for providing Tower 1 for our annual Ladder Sit.

Because of your generosity and support, we are proud to announce that we raised $6,697.40, which will be donated to Muscular Dystrophy Canada to support individuals and families affected by muscular dystrophy.
Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community. We couldn't have done it without you!

Together, we climbed higher for a great cause. 💙

Our thoughts and prayer are with his Family, the members of the Saint John Firefighters Local 771 and all who knew 15th District Vice President Emeritus Fennell.

James “Jim” Fennell, who was known for his unwavering dedication to the IAFF and its members, died June 13. The 15th District Vice President Emeritus was 81.

The Oromocto Professional Firefighters are once again raising funds and awareness for Muscular Dystrophy through our annual Ladder Sit fundraiser.

It will be kicking off this year's event on June 12 at 12:00 PM, and we'll be staying on the ladder until 9:30 PM!! At Sobeys Oromocto
This event is all about supporting individuals and families affected by muscular dystrophy while bringing our community together for a great cause. Every donation helps make a difference.
