رئيس الجمهورية العماد جوزاف عون اكد لوزير الدولة الكندية للتنمية الدولية Randeep Sarai ان لبنان يرحب بالدعم الكندي للمساعدة في عودة الجنوبيين إلى قراهم وتأمين سكنهم لاسيما في القرى والبلدات التي دمرها الاسرائيليون، مؤكدا أن اعادة الإعمار ستتولاها الدولة اللبنانية بعد انسحاب القوات الاسرائيلية وانتشار الجيش حتى الحدود الدولية، والوزير الكندي اكد حرص بلاده على استقرار لبنان وتعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي بين البلدين وتفعيل البرامج المشتركة.

The Embassy of Lebanon in Canada was honoured to welcome Her Excellency Feda Abdelhady, Ambassador of Palestine, and Mr. Mohammad Oreikat, Chargé d’Affaires of Jordan, during last week’s meeting with the RCMO delegation.

The delegation, led by Mr. Pierre Chammas, included Dr. Adriana Bara, Mr. Joseph Shomali, and Mr. Maroun Oneid.

They presented the upcoming Mass for Peace in the Middle East, taking place on 26 September at Notre Dame Cathedral in Ottawa.

We remain united in prayer and committed to peace and dignity for all peoples of the Middle East.

L’Ambassade du Liban au Canada a eu l’honneur d’accueillir Son Excellence Feda Abdelhady, Ambassadrice de la Palestine, ainsi que M. Mohammad Oreikat, Chargé d’Affaires de la Jordanie, lors de la rencontre tenue la semaine dernière avec la délégation du RCMO.

La délégation, conduite par M. Pierre Chammas, comprenait Dr Adriana Bara, M. Joseph Shomali et M. Maroun Oneid.

Ils ont présenté la Messe pour la Paix au Moyen-Orient, qui aura lieu le 26 septembre à la Cathédrale Notre-Dame d’Ottawa.

تشرفت سفارة لبنان في كندا باستقبال سعادة السفيرة فداء عبد الهادي، سفيرة دولة فلسطين، والسيد محمد عريقات، القائم بالأعمال في سفارة الأردن، خلال الاجتماع الذي عُقد الأسبوع الماضي مع وفد تجمّع مسيحيي الشرق الأوسط (RCMO).

ترأس الوفد السيد بيار شماس، وضمّ الدكتورة أدريانا بارا، السيد جوزف شوملي، والسيد مارون عنيد.

وقدّم الوفد تفاصيل قداس الصلاة من أجل السلام في الشرق الأوسط الذي سيُقام في 26 أيلول في كاتدرائية نوتردام في أوتاوا.

Ambassador Bachir Tawk and Consul Ali Dirani attended the opening of the Saint Charbel Parish, Ottawa, Maronite Catholic Church Festival in Ottawa, marking the 32nd Annual Family Gathering Around the Virgin Mary on the Feast of the Assumption.

The ceremony brought together Bishop Paul-Marwan Tabet, Archbishop Marcel Damphousse, Monsignor Henry Imad, Minister Steven MacKinnon, MPP John P. Fraser, and hundreds of parishioners.

A heartfelt thank-you to the dedicated volunteers who preserve the Maronite heritage and share the spirit, traditions, and flavors of Lebanon with the community.

A cherished Ottawa tradition celebrating faith, family, heritage, and Lebanon. 🇱🇧 🇨🇦

شارك السفير بشير طوق والقنصل علي الديراني في افتتاح مهرجان القديس شربل في أوتاوا، بمناسبة التجمّع السنوي الثاني والثلاثين للعائلات حول السيدة العذراء، احتفالًا بعيد انتقالها إلى السماء.

وحضر الحفل كلٌّ من المطران بول-مروان تابت، ورئيس أساقفة أوتاوا المونسنيور مارسيل دامفوس، والمونسنيور هنري عماد، راعي كنيسة مار شربل في أوتاوا، ووزير النقل الكندي ستيفن ماكينون، والنائب الإقليمي جون بي. فريزر، إلى جانب مئات المؤمنين.

Farewell to Ambassador Ahmad Hafez of Egypt, recently appointed Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Arab Affairs. Lebanon and Egypt share a historic partnership rooted in cultural exchange, political coordination, and Arab solidarity. I wished him continued success and valued our constructive cooperation in Canada.
