This is where horsepower meets firepower.

Armour Soldiers roll into missions with engines growling, turrets tracking, and heavy‑metal energy ready to cut a path through whatever stands in the way.

It’s a full-throttled, high‑tech combat role where you and your vehicle are always in the action.

On June 11, 1940, His Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS) St. Laurent took part in a defining moment in Royal Canadian Navy history during the evacuation near St Valery-en-Caux, France.

Under the command of Harry DeWolf, St. Laurent supported the withdrawal of Allied forces, including elements of the British 51st (Highland) Division and the French IX Corps, as German forces closed in on the last escape routes along the Channel coast.

Operating offshore under increasingly desperate conditions, the destroyer came under fire from a German shore battery overlooking the harbour approaches. HMCS St. Laurent returned fire, marking the first time the Royal Canadian Navy fired in anger during the Second World War.

In the face of a collapsing front over the next ten days, HMCS St. Laurent helped to es**rt troops evacuated to Northern UK ports. St. Laurent then undertook anti-submarine duty in the Western Approaches during the last phase of the general evacuation.
