Because swimming is HARD work! 💦

For little swimmers, 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time to learn new skills, stay focused, build confidence, and have fun without becoming too tired. 😊

Swimming uses lots of energy, and shorter lessons help keep kids engaged while giving them a chance to process everything they’ve learned. 🌊✨

Sometimes less is more when it comes to learning safely and successfully in the water! 🏅💙
