The countdown to summer is on! ⏲️

Ottawa youth between the ages of 13 to 17 can make the most of their vacation with the Tony Graham Automotive Group youth workout pass! Enjoy free access to weight and cardio-rooms at 16 participating facilities from July 2 to August 31. 🏋️‍♀️🏃

Registration for orientation sessions, which are mandatory for ages 13 to 15 and encouraged for ages 16 to 17, is open now.

Art you glad it’s the weekend?

Join us tomorrow from noon to 4 pm at the free Nepean Creative Arts Centre Open House for an afternoon of live performances, art exhibits, workshops, demos and tours!

FAMSAC Food Cupboard will be on site collecting donations. The most needed items include: oil, sugar, toiletries, baked beans, school-safe granola bars, flour
oatmeal, fruit cups and canned chicken or turkey.

Calling all Ottawa region artists!

Looking for a studio space?

Applications for the Artist Studio Program are open starting today until Tuesday, July 28!

Submissions are reviewed by a peer assessment committee, and the selected artists will be granted the use of a studio, one group or solo exhibition per year in the ASP Gallery, participation in the annual open studios and access to public parking.
