You don’t have to navigate workplace health challenges alone. Support is available; whether you’re staying at work or starting leave.

The Office of Disability Management (ODM) helps public service employees and managers dealing with illness, injury or impairment issues.

Get started through the online client intake portal (only available on the Defence network). If you need to submit a request to the ODM but don’t have access to the network, you can send an email to [email protected] or call 1-833-893-3388.

This Public Service Week feels extra special as we celebrate our 28th anniversary! 🎉

For nearly three decades, our office has been powered by incredible people who care deeply about the work they do.

A big thank you to our current team—and to all the former colleagues and our former Ombuds - who helped shape where we are today.

It’s a great time to celebrate the impact of public service, share a little pride in what we do, and look ahead to what’s next.

Here’s to 28 years and counting!

Great conversations at the Seamless Canada roundtable today, with leaders and partners coming together to tackle priorities for military families—including access to healthcare, education, employment, and housing.

We are always honoured to be part of these important discussions, helping ensure military families have the support they deserve.
