🍳 We're Hiring – Full-Time Kitchen Manager 🍳
Oungre Memorial Regional Park is looking for a Full-Time Kitchen Manager to join our team!
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to oversee the daily operations of our busy concession. The successful applicant will be responsible for food preparation, inventory management, staff supervision, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing day-to-day kitchen operations
• Supervising and training kitchen staff
• Food preparation and quality control
• Inventory ordering and tracking
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Assisting with scheduling and staff management
• Ensuring a positive experience for our guests
Requirements:
• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Food Safe certification is considered an asset

Hey everyone! Just a friendly reminder that our annual Dr. Brown Supper and Auction is this weekend—Saturday, June 6th—at Oungre Park! We’re looking forward to a fantastic evening of food, fun, and supporting our park. Campsites are still available, and tickets can be grabbed—let’s make it a great turnout! See you all there!
