The County of Renfrew Paramedic Service is aware of this outage and is working to understand the extent of the impacts. At this time ALL County of Renfrew Paramedic Bases are being staffed-up. If you cannot access 911 by your phone for an emergency, you or someone on your behalf can report directly to your closest Paramedic base for assistance. We have contact with all Paramedic Bases and we will coordinate your care needs.

The inaugural Countdown Moves series brings three separate days of gathering, community and collective action in the Ottawa Valley, from Killaloe to Pikwàkanagàn to Eganville!

Countdown Moves is a series of community journeys connecting Countdown pebble mosaic monuments by paddle, walking, and rolling. Together, participants will travel as a group in the spirit of creative collective-action to end gender-based violence.

There is no single way to participate in Countdown Moves. Participants can join for 10 minutes or 10 kilometres, and we welcome people to participate in the way that works best for them.

Each event begins or ends at a Countdown pebble mosaic monument, reminding us that every journey is connected to the communities that created these places of remembrance, resilience, and hope.
